How is Android loading dodgy? I plug a double ended USB C cable into my phone, put my Switch in RCM, and the instant I plug it into my Switch it boots SX OS.
Because having to plug my switch into an android phone just to run a payload is not a good look!

It seems the topic title is right for me. (sorry OP, i am not trying to hijack your thread)

I am using the SX OS right now, but it is worth to get the Pro kit? (only want it because it is handy :P)

How easy is it for you right now with homemade jig and loading from phone?

It took me a good 45 minutes to make a reliabley working paperclip Jig, finding the exact right angle and bend to hit those tiny 1 & 10 pins.

How often are you booting into SX OS that using a phone instead of the dongle going to make you look goofy?

Yes it's worth getting, but be prepared to wait a month like some of us. Although it seems that some people who ordered late are getting theirs before people who ordered earlier which is bs.

Mine just arrived this morning, man so simple and easy to use, especially with autocrm installed, no regrets, already have 110gb of roms on sd card and every one I have tried has booted perfectly with no problems so far. So in my opinion it is def worth it if you like things extremely simple quick and easy.

I got mine last Monday. To me it is 100% worth it. Easier, less errors, portable, and when you look at it, you pay it basically $15 (or even less) which is quite cheap.
If you can afford it, and afford the wait, then do not hesitate.
For info I also had bought SX OS before because I was tired of waiting, so now i have both Switch(es) in the household unlock, and we just share the dongle. Maybe now delivery is faster though.

It depends on what you're planning to use it for. If you are only using it for SX OS and aren't planning to take it anywhere I'd just buy an SX OS licence. However if you do want a small portable backup/homebrew loader I highly recommend it.

It's only a few bucks more than the SX OS itself. The money is therefore irrelevant; the only motivation--at the moment--is that it will take longer for the physical SX Pro to get to you. In a few months from now you will look back, and the week-or-two delay will be meaningless.
