My question is how do u even activate SX OS without activating the internet...saw someone activate it and he had to turn off airplane mode then once it was activated turned it back on...I was thinking...well that probably got him banned in that minute or so he was online.

you can activate it with their site. you don't need to connect the switch to the internet.

Not to discredit or shame those who were banned by using layeredfs because any bans this early (unless you were cheating online or putting up pron pics in mario) just sucks.
Sorry for all who been banned thus far and PLEASE stop using Layeredfs if you are still using it. Its just not worth the risk.

For an update, i continued to us SX os offline today/yesterday and just checked and have not been eshop/console banned.

Homebrew and LayeredFS seem to be the clear culprits, while SX OS remains a tricky situation. I'm actually not sure SX OS alone causes any bans. (No one has yet been banned by SX OS and nothing else.)

Yes all banned should be in sequential order. And the coloring should be green for Yes and red for No. this seems to be somewhat inconsistent... but really great job from the OP, this is a fair amount of work compiling this.

if u have nx dreport installed try clearing logs should delete them worked for me with my e-shop errors and always ran it to after errors in cfw
