Emulating an inserted cart is one thing, swapping out games to run other games and overwrite their game saves? Yeah I sat that one out lol.

last 3 days, just opened the eshop and it downloaded the updates

Yes you can, just load the cart once in SX OS so the icon shows then go back to OFW and the games will update when you go online.

Here's a thought. Can the ban be for a particular region? What if they have started banning from USA and eventually everyone else will be targetted. What if the ban is for countries where piracy is much more prevalent?

Its kinda stupid but maybe?

You should be able to in OFW, seems most of those that were banned used Layered FS at one point.

Just now started updating all of my games. But found out something about my switch i did not know! If i go more then a day with out it being online it will not let me play dlc's untell i go to ofw and pop online really fast and load the store.

I think this "we have a update" thing is like this:

There is a database with games and theire updates on your switch. So everytime you go online this database get an update. Even if you do not own the game (yet) it updates the database. And when you finally after some time get the game and even you are offline - the switch will check this database - will of course know there is an update and informs you.

That is not proven or so - thats only my personal thoughts about this. I would do it that way...

Vita keeps a db like that and you have to modify it to to allow games $ony blacklsts on pstv.

like ps+ subscription? wont let u play after long offline session until re-connect and verify

I'm going to try not installing autoRCM nor LayeredFS and see how it goes.
I'll try to let my switch on and docked and let my switch go online, I kinda have a feeling one of those two things are doing shit.
