Hacking Suggestion Custom Splash from SX-OS ?

Hi everyone,

Weeks ago, i was used to "SwitchBlade"
(Thread here : https://gbatemp.net/threads/switchblade-another-instant-cfw-payload.504677/
and customs splash https://gbatemp.net/threads/custom-splash-screen-switch.504772/)
because I loved the idea to boot with a custom splash screen:

Since OS Executor is in the place, I know that it already have been discovered that the Xecuter Splash screen have been discovered in the boot.dat.
I would love to patch the boot.dat with my actual splash screen.



I attach a rar where you can find both splash.bin and the png used for SwitchBlade FW if it can help ?

I've messed with it a while. According to the SX Crack thread the image must be 8bit framebuffer. I used the provided un/packer and replaced the fb_xxxxxxxx.bin file. Thing is, that the switch won't boot up then anymore. I just get a black screen whenever I use the TX payload.

I created the picture file from png using a python script and then ffmeg.

The console boots up normally when you put the original boot.dat back on the sd card.

Maybe someone else can chip in some ideas.

I meant the guy who complained. I know perfectly well what that image means
