Why you guys are using eXhop to download games you already own? Just go to your library on Switch (extreme right), it lists all the games you own. Those that are not on your Switch will have cloud icon. Tap on it and it'll start downloading irrespective of your ban.

My guess is that some of the errors LayeredFS throws up when loading fails were sent back to Nintendo.

Really sorry to hear that. Have you cleared your logs through hekate with nx-dreport at all or was that not something you thought of?

I got banned but from eshop but for some reason i can still play online games

I highly doubt clearing log will help any because then they probably just ban for empty log or have info somewhere else.

So far has any user that got banned using only OFW online and SX always offline? Without having used LayeredFS or CDN before, of course.

Not banned here, but will throw my info here to help build a case and determine what happened:

Firmware: 5.1
CFW: SX OS 1.1
Payload Delivery: Via SX Pro Dongle
Auto RCM: Yes
Games: A few personal dumps with original cert, and some BBB dumps (including games that crashed like 1-2 switch and la noir)
Homebrew: Only Wain to make dumps and and Checkpoint 3.3 to backup saves and inject (pokemon quest mainly)
Updates: After running backup in airplane mode (though by accident i ran it connected a few time without running a backup), I would go to OFW, and update there, then airplane mode and back to CFW.
Online Play: not in CFW, but tested this morning after all the banned reports, and was able to play splatoon 2 original in ofw without an issue , and acces e-shop.

Hopefully if we get more info about everything done by the people that got banned we can begin to really find a correlation.

I more-or-less-deliberately did not clear my error logs through dreport, which almost certainly had a hand in it. It's true that nx-dreport might not be enough to dodge a ban caused by error logs, but it's more likely than not that it helps, IMO.
I'm not too bummed about it; I knew what I was signing up for and I have no particular interest in the Switch's online factor. I appreciate the sentiment, however!

I'm probably safe since I never even used SX OS (or AutoRCM) in my entire Switch hacking history.
The only things I've used are Gag-Order, HBmenu, Hekate, and a bunch of RetroArch libNX ports, all on 4.1.0. Also, all my games (so far) have been bought legitimately, whether on game card or eShop format.

Update 5: Games I purchased from eshop used to appear with a cloud icon in your games library (last icon on the right). Now they no longer do. I can only redownload games I archived instead of deleting.
