Are superFX games not supported? Getting black screen for Yoshi's island and starfox. SMW works fine though.

And i would second the good ole tried and true method of just dropping roms in a folder. A typical file manager explorer layout is always going to be superior. These "must be named perfectly" type setups have a valid use case with overly complicated situations like fba/mame where there are parent/child/bios scenario's, but for SNES they just make things extra complicated with no trade off benefit.

how do you get the boxart to show? I have tried png's in the folder with the roms, placing them in a previews in the rom folder, and putting a previews folder in the psnes folder and none work.....

This SNES emulator is great! Can't seem to get the image previews to show up but aside from that i like this one the most.

Forgot to say that IF you don't use the db.xml file, previews need to be named like the rom PLUS the .png extension :/ ( like mario.zip.png, or mario.sfc.png). I need to change that someday.

PSNES keeps freezing on me every time I load a game using SX OS 1.1 (unlicensed) on latest firmware. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for such a brilliant emu! Had a play with my sister on super mario cart last night! Loved it! Thank you!

SX OS is currently not compatible with all homebrew applications. Although they have tried to fix that in yesterday's update (SX OS 1.1), there are still many issues. However, you can launch an external payload (e.g. hekate) with SX OS from the micro sd card by choosing the "Launch external payload" option in the SX OS boot menu. The payload.bin file must be on the root of the micro sd card. Press and hold Vol+ while powering on your console to open the SX OS boot menu.

After I updated to the latest one with two players!

Hi, version 1.3 released with minor changes :
  • fix some case where buttons were broken in the saves dialog
  • add option to enable/disable database for roms handling (db.xml), application restart required (disable by default)
  • correctly load preview images when no database is used

Not a fan of full acceleration and almost flawless emulation than I guess. The latest retroarch snes release is basically perfect, but you go ahead and enjoy your fancy GUI with Psnes xD

I don't support the mainline snes9x core yet, so that's a valid reason to use this build.

@cpasjuste Keep it up
