I don't know if it's my switch, TX or autorcm, but after powering off the switch completely (holding power button) it still seems to be draining quite some power. A full charge is gone after a day of leaving it completely turned off. I didn't have this problem before using TX.
If you're using AutoRCM, it's probably autoRCM. If you plug a charger in your switch (e.g. putting it on dock) it will enter RCM mode and keep draining battery. You can't charge while in RCM mode, you must keep it on sleep mode.

I was thinking this, but it also happens when I power it down and not connect it to anything at all (nothing ever in the usb port).
I will remove autorcm later and test it out overnight.

I see... then I don't know what is the cause. Try doing that and report back the results

The only possibility I can see is that powering off from Horizon is not fully shutting down the console which is worrisome. Does the SX OS have an option to power down the console?

You can send the payload with an Android phone and an usb C Cable

maybe I can also use this?:

AZDelivery NodeMCU esp8266 Lolin Modulo V3 esp8266-12E/ ESP di 12E WiFi Development Board

if I stay in cfw mode without turning the switch off, will I still need this? maybe I can always put it in sleep mode...no?

I have an ESP8266 for my ps4 , so if there is a way to plug it in the switch usb dock it will be great , but for now theres no news about it

we will see :)

At the moment, do u know if there's a way to avoid the costant payload injection? maybe without turning the switch off (only sleep mode) or by disabling the suto RCM? Thanks

If you use AutoRCM and keep your console in sleep mod, you only need to inject the payload once or after a reboot.

really? Cos I just bought some licences for my friends but they aren't so "skilled" to do it by themselves. How can I solve this problem? IS there a way to inject the payload (except for the 1st time, of course) without always using a PC or the OS PRO dongle? Like creating a dongle by myself or similar...

If NOT in AUTO RCM mode, can I boot the backups (and obviously inject the payload) without using everytime a dongle or a PC? Im asking this because I got the licences but still missing the SD card and the Jig. Thanks
Sadly you do need a dongle no matter what, or something else (android phone, pc) to deliver the payload. My best bet would be to give them a tutorial and leave everything ready on their phones / pc's so they could do it themselves, or have them buy dongles (SX Pro), and use the licenses for another switch (i have a second SX Pro in case my switch gets banned or something happens since I do a lot of testing for this thread).

I was thinking this, but it also happens when I power it down and not connect it to anything at all (nothing ever in the usb port).

@dashkiller I had something similar happen (not sure if it is the same issue though), my console looked like it had the battery drained, as I tried shutting off (15 second hold) and it would still show a black screen. I would take out the dongle, put it back on, and nothing. I thought maybe leaving the dongle plugged in depleted the battery on the switch while I was driving, so i plugged it into my powerbank, and after a few hours, nothing. I then plugged the dongle into the power bank to restore a charge to it, and after that my switch finally booted.

What I'm saying is that my switch entered RCM mode since I have Auto RCM enabled, but the dongle had no charge to deliver the payload, so it kept going to RCM blank screen. When i finally got the system to work (i had only left it "charging" for 10 minutes), the switch was at 90% charge. I hope this helps in some way. If not, let me know if the issue keeps happening to see if we ca help you find either a solution, or at least better understand what could be causing it in the first place.

Just got a reply from Team Xecuter after I let them KNow I'm running this troubleshooting threat here at GBATemp:

Hello OhhSheetz,

we know about the issues and are working on updating and fixing all the
problems, one by one, while developing more and better features.
thanks for the feedback.

Luckily they really are keeping tabs on their SX OS and tackling issues one by one, and I'll try to report to them bulk items that need prompt action, as in, the ones we discuss here! So keep up on sending me info and let's work to get everything running as smooth as peanut butter; that's extra smooth.

On a side note, I have done some testing on some of the other problematic games that some of you were complaining about:
-Street Fighter 30th: Game works, even without update, was able to go into a few games, exit and try others, no issue here. It looks like whatever issues did get triggered for some people, they could have been from the transfer to/from the sd card
-La Noir: Using the same file, I managed to get the Nintendo Loading screen, but the game still crashes. Update is running right now, but I doubt this will actually change anything

Why do I get this screen when I launch a backup of Stern Pinball Arcade? If I press 'X' twice it does go away and start the game.

Please explain how you got to this point, what XCI you're using, how you injected the SX OS payload, so I can try to make more sense of it. Right now all i can guess is that the xci was modded with the homebrew launcher, but I haven't hear of anyone doing this
