Hello GBATemp, I managed to get my hands on a DSi Handheld and I was wondering if there are still risks in hacking the firmware to run homebrew.
Since Nintendo disabled the Wi-fi services of the DSi and Multiplayer is no longer possible on NDS(i) games, are there still risks to take, features that currently still work but after doing it stop working.

- Sincerely Jordy.

The only risk when modifying your DSi is possibly bricking it, but that is very unlikely if you follow the directions correctly.

Actual, some games can still play online, albeit on an unofficial server using wiimmfi.

not really, if you follow a guide like dsi.cfw.guide

I've noticed that dsi.cfw.guide uses DSi++ menu as recommendation, although when I google'd more about DSi++ menu I've found that its not supporting rom saving yet.
