Homebrew Renaming CIA files

I'd like to know a way that allows me to change the displayed name of a cia file when installed.

get the cia file change the name without changing the .cia part and there you go.
What I mean is like what it says after installing. (E.X. On the home menu instead of it being titled [Checkpoint], I want it to be titled [Saver] or something.)

That's the title (well, titles - 3DS consoles have 12 languages between all regions). It's inside the icon (also known as SMDH), found inside the exefs inside the title's main/only NCCH (also known as content 0, partition 0, CXI)

It's not hard if you have some basic knowledge of ctrtool/3dstool/makerom and hex editing (it's just tedious)
