Why, what's stopping us? (Honest question, I don't know how bans work on the switch)
Unlike the 3DS, there isn't a file that can be swapped to unban.
With the switch, its online info is burned into hardware if I'm not mistaken.
Which is why if it's banned, it's staying banned.

This will patch Supernag on 4.1.0 units, and possibly other versions too (but I haven't tested those). This version does what it says on the tin, however it does lack polish which will come with time.

Please note that you may have to try running it multiple times, and it will likely crash when you try to turn off your switch or return to the home menu after running it. This is due to needing to kill ns to modify its savedata. Upon restarting your switch you should have no more issues though. Your crash logs can be removed using a tool such as https://github.com/Thog/nx-dreport

I am not responsible for any issues or damage this causes to your switch.

How do I use the nx-dreport? When I used the "make" command it gives me an error saying

"elf2kip <elf-file> <json-file> <kip-file>

make[1]: *** [/Users/cybergaminghd/Downloads/nx-dreport-master/nx-dreport-master.kip] Error 1

make: *** [build] Error 2"

Edit: Searched for it and found an already compiled version thanks to @RHOPKINS13 at https://gbatemp.net/threads/wiping-error-log.505263/

I have released a new version that's much cleaner and easy to use and also fixes a few bugs. It also adds an option for unpatching (if for some reason you want that...).

If you have already patched using the previous versions I would recommend unpatching then re-patching with this one. The previous version missed some padding at the end of the save file. Whilst this shouldn't cause any issues, it's better to ensure the save is exactly the same as one made by Nintendo.

Works great. Thanks.

Thank you, have been waiting for something like this for a long time.

This 'supernag' doesn't occur with all the Switches, right? Mine was on 5.0.2 and I just updated it right now, but I could stay without updating if I wanted.

Yes, it doesn't affect latest firmwares but nintendo would eventually ask you to update if you stay on 5.0.2.

Does this fix this screen when entering games as well? I'm on 5.0.2 and want to make sure before I use this tool.
Thanks in advance!

No, this screen can not be removed as the titles require the corresponding firmware to work.
EDIT: My bad, misread the text on your screen, thought you were seeing a cart update message. The message you see there can be removed without any tools! Simply boot into recovery mode (not RCM) by shutting down your Switch, holding Vol+ and Vol- at the same time and pressing power.

If you boot into the Nintendo Recovery Mode (not the Tegra RCM), it should clear this update that's apparently been pre-downloaded.

Edit: You should block updates after doing this.

Mario Odyssey requires 3.0.1, and he's on 5.0.2. In addition, the option to start the software without updating is present.
