Gaming Custom bgm for official theme?

I got the Shantae Beach theme installed on my 3DS [Same reason everyone else installed it ] and I want to change the background music. Can you do that with official themes?

yes you can. you can dump the theme with themely(i think that's the name) and then change the bgm.bcstm get it to the themes folder and yes you've basically done it...
