I got a new 32gb SD card to replace my old 4gb one. I formatted it to FAT32 but when I copied my stuff over I didn't have any of it on the home menu. I looked at emunand9 but it said it only worked on 9.2 and I have 11.6. I really have no idea what to do next so any help is appreciated.

update your setting following the next guide

You can use Minitool Partition Wizard Free version to re partition the SD card, for the card you have to Partition it FAT32, 32Kb cluster and set the partition to Primary Partition, not logical, since you used emunand in the 4GB card, what you can do is figure out which folder inside the "Nintendo 3DS" is the emunand, and which one is Sysnand, easy way is just to delete all of the folder inside the "Nintendo 3DS" folder and re set up the system, and https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

On the B9S thing if you have a boot.firm file on the root of the SD card, then you are on B9S, if else you are on A9LH

I actually still have cfw and my hombrew launcher still shows fbi and snes9x so I might just delete everything from my old SD card then copy paste it again

Yea you can give it a try, in the Nintendo 3DS folder if you can figure out which one is emunand if you did use one then it would save you some space, I do recommend a bigger capacity card like 128GB or so.
