The games are not 'installed', they are loaded from the root of the sdcard and pretending to be cartridges.

iam not talking about updating a game ,some games when you buy them are not on the game card but you need to download from nintendo network or eshop ? how would this work with this usb dongle thing ,like residident evil revilations the second one was not on the game card !! you needed to download this

I doubt team TX made it so that every time you load the cfw it nukes your saves

Atmosphere reimplment Trusted Zone so I think we might not see any Backuploading soon there, since he block it.
