Since we can now edit our saves, I made this save editor for MK8D:

Still a WIP, I will add some features later (stuff you unlocked; character, amiibo ect...), at the moment you can only edit your stats.

I will release the source code when it will be finished.

The game is P2P, I doubt they keep logs like that. I know they can, but they obviously don't put a lot of effort in

I fixed this issue for BOTW, but I can't seem to get it fixed for MK8D. Whenever I inject my modded save (I'm on 5.0.2 using Y'allAreNuts), the game makes me choose my mii and resets my stats (like a brand new fresh game.) Anyone else having this issue?

Nintendo does use servers. They use a custom version of Quazal. For games like Mario Kart the clients first connect to an authentication server before things turn P2P.

Honestly stats changes doesn't hurt the online, if you cheat your VR then you don't deserve it.
As long as this doesn't allow us to cheat the items...

Now all we need is a xenoverse 2 saves editor. It’d be nice to get the dragon balls whenever without having to grind for them at lvl 99. Also, good job on this editor! I really like it
