It only supports X86, not ARM so no.

Just double checked their site. While they state that they want to support ARM, looks like the ARM version has not been released. I'll send the developers an email later today to see if they would be interested in switch development. If I remember correctly, there are already Chromebooks running on Tegra X1 so at minimum, the drivers should be available.

"Hey do you want to support your product on a hacked Nintendo console that 0.001% of the userbase will ever use?

Someone independent will have to end up porting the ARM version to Switch if there are incentive to do so, but Linux makes way more sense than a random Chromeium OS varient so I honestly doubt it will happen.

Reminds me of ChromeOS.

Chromium OS is the open source variant of Chrome OS so that should explain the similarities. Major catch is that feature parity between the two isn't exactly perfect. Hell, it's not perfect between different Chromebook models running the same version of Chrome OS. :p

Not fussed for a Switch version tbh, I’d rather just plain old Linux or an Android port if I wanted a second OS.

Came here to say exactly this. Seeing how some Linux distros have already been ported, I'm actually surprised that Android hasn't really been talked much about yet (at least not that I'm aware of)
