Hardware I accidentally formated my sd card

So I have boot9strap and accidentally reset my SD card and i need help. I have tried adding back the files i know but im still missing some.
I attached the files i have

also i lost my backup

Your picture doesn't appear to be missing anything. Try following the https://3ds.hacks.guide/ in double checking you're not missing any files as your picture doesn't show what's in the boot9strap, gm9, and luma folders.

Install the bare bone minimum in getting CFW to run and launch with the card. If that still doesn't work, make sure your SD card is formatted in FAT32 and 32 KB cluster size. If it's not in FAT32, the 3DS won't be able to read it. Cluster size of 32 KB is for compatibility issues for certain official and homebrew game titles.

thats what i followed but im still having problems
it clould also be i have nothing in the luma folder bc the original was deleted

Try this for your SD card setup. Don't have or put anything else in yet.
If you hold Start when you first turn on the 3DS and GodMode9 doesn't appear, you don't have CFW or something else really messed up.
