Didn't you deleted some Cia from the hacked one? I think it asks for update whenever you delete something.

I think no! Sytemtitles are everytime in FBI red marked and I never delete a red title

Well run the update see if that allow you to access the eshop and resolve the problem with the system want you to update.

How did you updated to 11.6 in the first place?
If you use GW, the update will make GW useless.
Anything else is fine, so update without worry.
