Hacking Switching from Gateway to CFW

Hey want to change my Gateway setup to a CFW Setup.
I already downloaded GSEH an made a backup of some games but the app won't show my Pokemon Sav files and some other games, how can i backup these games? Do i need to convert the saves before injecting them to the installed CIA's?
My 3DS is on firmware 9.0.0-20E. So i only need to run Soundhax and install boot9strap etc?
I want to capture my Screen which CFW do i need for it?

I found this Tutorial.
I'm not sure if i understand it correct. I need to copy my 3ds file to the 3ds sd card an than use JK Save Manager to extract my sav file and than i need to rename it to 0004000002C23200 move it to the root of my sd card and import it to my cia?

try run the games in question as a CIA first and see if they load the save data from the SD card (EXTDATA), then you may be able to backup the games via that

and I am guessing with FW9.0, you most likely have a Old3DS correct?

You mean i install the Cias on my Emunand and than create a sav file to swap with my Gateway Sav? Guess this won't work ._.

I'm using a New 3DS XL i think i downgraded it in the past i don't remember anymore

yes, i mean install the games via CIA to your emunand and see if the save games exist, some games store on the system, not the card

ok, just making sure you have a new3ds due to wanting to stream, it's as a old3ds is not capable

I will give it a try. It's currently installing (23%) i will edit the post after it installed.
