Hacking Stuck on CFW "update" steps after Luma install

HI all,

I have been following the guide to install Luma etc via Flashcart, all has worked up to the point on
Section IV - Configuring Luma3DS..this completed.
I did the steps and rebooted.

Now I am onto this final steps page to install cia files https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup
I put all the files needed on my SD card but at this step I get stuck.
Section II - Updating the System

I just get the message that the system is up to date. there is no error message.
According to the guide I should have this but i don't find it anywhere.
Section III - Launching FBI

1. Launch the Download Play applicatio

Any ideas what to do here?

it looks like I am missing this app.

I can acivate the rosaline menu but get error "operation failed (no suitable process found)"

Ignore me, I am stupid....it's one of the apps built in that I never used and hid in a folder.
Found and will continue.
