Misc Can't play with friends.

Hi! im having this issue on my 3DS that i can't play with my friends online on any game.

The problem started exactly in sm4sh. When i create a match on smash and my friend tries to join, he can't, it appears like i didn't did the match, so, whats happening here?

PD: We're both SYS 11.6 with Luma3DS 9.0 and B9S, all the titles are downloaded in the freeshop.
PD2: im sorry if i have a bad english.

EDIT: Yes, i can play online in every game, but i can't play online with friends.

EDIT: Before trying, there is a way that i can play with my friends online without enabling that option? cause i have CIAs like Freeshop or PKSM, and i don't want to enable and disable that everytime i play with my friends.

I have it enabled all the time and use homebrew with it enabled

I mean that to evitate nintendo's flags and that kind of stuff, i don't want to get banned xD

Well. If you dont wanna get banned, which you probably wont. Don't turn on that feature. Just keep in mind, its needed to play with friends only. There isnt any way around that.
