Homebrew CIA to 3DS? (Using a 3DS)

I don't think so, but what are you even trying to do? If you are trying to get it for citra, you can just install it and dump it as cxi/nds. For sky3ds it might work on hacked 3ds only? Same for gateway.

Oh shit.. "using a 3ds". I seem to recall a tool for dumping installed software but don't recall the name now. You may be able to dump with like godmode9 and package it though.

Yeah I'm 75% sure that a converted cia will not be clean enough for sky3ds without cfw.

You just have to re-encrypt it
