Hacking Recovering deleted saves?

Hi I deleted a game I thought I would not play again but now I want to. Is there a way to recover the deleted file?

My console is totally hacked and I deletes the game (.cia) from the settings menu on the 3ds.

I did one but is pretty early in the game.

Isnt there any program that finds deleted (not formated) files om the sd card?

It's possible, there are file recovery solutions, but the sectors need to not have been rewritten since you deleted it, and I don't know how difficult it is for an SD card.
Might be easier to just start over from where you saved.

You can google for deleted file recovery software, I don't recommend any because they sometimes change the software bundled with it and programs that used to be good might be trash now.
