Gaming Transferring a game from a USB to HDD

Hey guys,I softmodded my wii a couple of days ago.At first,I couldn’t find where my hard drive was;so I downloaded some games on my USB.One of them is MarioKart Wii,which I played a lot.Now I’ve found my hard drive and I want to transfer the game to it via Wii Backup Manager(%90 latest version).Will I lose my progress?I’ve made great progress and I don’t want to lose it.Thx.

No, your progress is stored on the Wii.
You can use Wii Backup Manager to transfer all the games, or just copy the folders over.
