make sure there are no spaces in your cia name, and no special characters, my advice to you is name your cia as pkmn.cia

What do you mean you can't get it to work? If it loads up but there are no games, just make sure to go to settings and copy-paste the link to the title key database.

Then it's probably the firewall settings. Make sure to set the program to "allow" and go to the .exe's properties and click on the "unblock" button at the bottom.

Well you could just use godmode9 to mount the first .app file you and press y to copy and paste into one of the folders on your sd card.

I re-downloaded minecraft, and used v11 and it still won't make a cxi file, or a 3ds file, it makes a 3ds file, but it is 0 in size

If you're using the 3DS builder included with HackingToolKit you need to use xorpads and an nnch header to build a .3DS file..... Otherwise you need to download that program separate and read the directions since the newest version no longer requires those files.
