I've been searching for a way to use hacking or hex editing to edit my game enough just to get some money and items easier (as I don't have time to sit for long periods of time like I use to.) Is there a save editor for the game? Or someone who's hacked it before without powersaves that could give me some pointers? I'd use powersave but I don't have the little device anymore for it >.<

It's relatively easy to set up cfw just have a look on 3ds.guide the r4 cards are cheap
You can get cfw on any firmware my friend. Search ntrboot and you'll get your answers. Or if you're in the UK I can do it for you.
I know there's a way to share screens with certain programs where you could do things on my computer with them. It's something to try if you didn't mind helping me. I barely managed to get homebrew to work. And I'm in the US DX
To do it I'll physically need to have access to your 3ds. But look on here there are links to cheap ds carts

Not to say anything but many many people including myself have been asking for a Hometown Story hack or a mod and there is already a hack floating around the interweb that does not work from speed fly

This hack in which I speak of does not work at all. Your Top screen will freeze.
