Hacking Will WII U USB Tool games work on CBHC

Since most games say CFW only, would they work on Cold Boot Haxchi because that's technically a CFW right?
Also i'm wondering if I can install them to CBHC using the Brazilian method.

Edit: OK now i would like to know how to convert loadiine games to a format that can be installed using Wup Installer GX2
