Hacking I keep getting an error when trying to run a homebrew game?

Every time I try to run a game from this list: http://store.brewology.com/homebrew.php?category=Games&orderby=, I get an error saying 80010017

What am I doing wrong?

It's signed for the 3.55 firmware. You will need to resign the eboot for the newer firmware. There are a few tools for windows but I don't know what to use on other platforms.

Why dont oyu report them and have them reupdate those homebrew games ? I know that it will be alot to reupdate. See if they care to do that.

I can't find it online, the only video I found of pkg resigner is a video with more dislikes than likes. does it have another name
