yes, but u have to disable it to use nnu patcher. cc proxy is how I have mine setup. I have to disable it every time. keep the normal dns addresses, so u only have to disable the proxy. it's very easy.
True, pretty much all DNS and/or proxy blocks eShops with the above URL posted.
I just wanted to point out that with wildcards you can cut out a couple of lines of URL.

With cc proxy you can use wildcard (*) in the URL.
Edit:
This is how my black list txt file looks:
*.c.shop.nintendowifi.net;
*.cdn.shop.wii.com;
*.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net;
*.wup.shop.nintendo.net;
*.cdn.nintendo.net;

Works every time. Also cuts down on a number of URL.
Thanks, I will adding these to my Pi-hole (Local RaspberryPi DNS) blacklists

Edit: found these in my query logs, these are not on the list

ecs.wup.shop.nintendo.net
discovery.olv.nintendo.net
tagaya-wup.cdn.nintendo.net
pushmore.wup.shop.nintendo.net

Here is a tail of my query log:

Some of those aren't needed and left those out, because I wasn't sure if blocking those would interfere with online play or not.
