As @the_randomizer said, DS and PS1 is certainly a possibility, and without much trouble if RA comes out soon enough.
PSP and Dreamcast is also possible, but I assume this one might struggle a bit with certain games.
PS2... Hard to say to be honest.
It could run for sure, but to what extent... That's what's left to be seen.

PS3 is of course an absolute NO, it requires way too much horse power to get it running, which the Switch lacks by a great margin.

Switch is more powerful than the PS3 but less than a XBone or PS4
However regarding the CPU power, I don't know if Switch arm CPU is as powerful as the PS3 CPU...

I have the Shield Tablet and the CPU is kinda bad and way lower than the GPU power Nvidia put on the chip.

From tests I didn't see the X1 being insanely better on CPU score either.

ONTOPIC:

PS2 might be possible, but I'm thinking only on lower quality games. Even on my I7 2600k at 4.9ghz and my old GTX570 at 910mhz super OC I had a hard time playing MGS3 and GT4. GT4 played kinda nice with way better graphics than the PS2, but some night races run super slow when there was too much lighting it run at like 10fps though.

Maybe it has improved a lot the emulator, I never used it more for years and now I have a RX480 flashed to 580, but didn't tested it.

PS1 definitely.
PS2 probably possible, but would take a lot of work. Same way N64 is possible on 3DS, but there's no one with both the skill, patience, and tolerance for hate speech to make it happen.
PS3 lol no, you high? PS3 is more powerful than the Switch

PS3 is not more powerful than the Switch, the PS4 however is. All the same, you're right when you say PS3 emulation on the Switch will never be a thing.
