Hello, in some days I will get my vita 3.65. i want to link my main psn acc on it and install some bought games from psn on the vita. After this, I want to change my mainboard with one that has 3.60 to use henkaku enso. Could I dump the game or can I make it playable when I change the mainboard and unlink my main acc to avoid a ban?

So first I download the game from psn on 3.65. then I swap the board to be on 3.60 to dump it, right?

Oh shit you cant...

Once you swap the motherboard, your games/memory card/ wont work because it will be like a whole different system.

Just download someone else's dumps of the games I guess.

So I see that the game (undertale) require a higher fw to be played. I dont know if its working to spoof it somehow like in the old Ps3 times. Or if I spoof the fw of the vita to 3.65 maybe. And I didn‘t found any dump of the game

No, it's not an issue of version number, but rather real changes (different keys) on 3.61+

It is technically possible to play decrypted (vitamin/mai) 3.61+ games on 3.60... but the ability to decrypt them has the same prerequisites as a 3.61+ exploit

There is no spoof for playing games above 3.60. Why not get 2 vitas? one for 3.61+ games, and the other for henkaku?

Ah I see. So, no one can tell if someone is trying to do like this. Damn

There isn't much information on it beyond that really. Along with fixing some entry points and exploits, 3.61 also changed the encryption keys used to decrypt eboots on the system. This effectively blocks us from playing 3.61+ content, as we can no longer bypass the encryption (which is essentially what's done for pirated games, we don't actually own the private keys for the Vita, we're just bypassing it/using hacks to get around it).

To play 3.61+ content, we would need one of the following:
The 3.61 private keys
A new exploit for 3.61+ that gives us kernel access

The first is all but impossible. The only reason we got these in the PS3/PSP days is because Sony fucked up their security pretty badly. This is not the case with the Vita, where security was done properly (which is why it took so long to get something as fully fledged as Henkaku).

The second would render 3.60 obsolete, as we'd have kernel access on 3.61+ and would essentially be able to use Henkaku or a similar level of hacks.
