2D Game Software -Help-

I need to know some things for experienced programmers/game designers.

There's this software called Tiled that allows you to create 2D environmets by just pointing and clicking.
I downloaded the software, and it won't allow me to run it, as it tells me that it could harm my system.

I've double checked with Malwarebytes before unzipping the file, and it shown the file virus free.

So... does anyone knows any other alternative?
Or can Unity 5.6 open .SVG files?
