Moon Ball on Galvantula, Cherish Ball on Aegislash, those are the smoking guns. Cherish Ball and Master Balls are not legally breedable, I didn't think they were even possible, but apparently so. Not legal though.
so swapping the pokeball on aegislash and galvantula did the trick. Thanks for the help
