Hacking Keep getting a error code

I keep getting a exception occured error on my 2ds xl I was on themely and a emulator and keep getting this error anyone know why and how to fix it?

I cant load that image :/
since you said an exception has occurred im guessing your using luma
try turning of exception handlers and see if it says an error has occured or if it just reboots

OK I change the photo website it should work nowand I did disabled it but when ever the error happens it just freezes my 3ds now

Try booting the 3DS without the SD card insterted.

Great, now just insert the SD card (after the 3DS has been powered on without it, of course).

OK did it all of my games reappear but not the custom theme I had all what do I do now?

Probably that custom theme was the culprit, I don't recommend reinstalling it.

Also, try using Anemone instead of Themely.

Hmm I removed the theme and went back to using the default white theme on the 2ds then try going back to the emulator but I still get the exception occured error I don't know what's wrong I'm using the retroarch emulator does that have k kw problem ls not working?

I don't use Retroarch so I can't help you there, sorry. If available, try the Virtual Console equivalent of the said emulator.
