Maybe not everyone is aware of a recent bug (introduced since hakchi 2.21c)... probably the next release (2.21f ?) will solve the issue.

"Cluster implemented something into his hakchi mod that infinitely executes a command.
Besides causing slowdowns in specific emulators, it also potentially might reduce the nands lifespan, so this issue is very critical and should not be ignored."

Githup thread:
https://github.com/ClusterM/hakchi2/issues/921

Temporary fix:
https://www.reddit.com/r/miniSNESmo...mporary_fix_for_slowdown_loop_bug_thats_been/

It would be good to see it fixed in the next release.

EDIT: I have read the reddit thread of it and it seems it is being worked on and will be fixed for the next official update.

Of course... this is a bug (and not a "negligible bug"), the temporary fix is already done, so it's likely that in the next hakchi2 official release the bug will be solved ! :)

ok the Hex edition of Actraiser 2 and Terranigma works with my german rom that it run in canoe!

but terranigma has sound problems!

SOE needs slowrom fix (same fix as Illusion of Gaia/Time) even playing in retroarch.

Playing with Canoe some sounds are missing.
slowrom fix? for what?

Eeprom save issue prevents MAME Saves from working. BUT, with the more recent FBA I updated to, saves are quite reliable:) I just prefer MAME overall!

Thanks for the help. I just re-added the games uncompressed, and Hakchi took them down to just under 200mb.

But now I have a new problem. When I use Hakchi, everything seems to go fine. But when I try the SNESC on my TV, nothing is changed. It’s just the original 21 games with no folders and extra games. I reflashed the original kernel and started over multiple times, and it’s the same result. It behaves like a stock console. I didn’t have any issues with the NESC, but for whatever reason this just isn’t working. I’m wasted all day so far getting this to work when it took me minutes with the NESC.

Flashing Custom Kernel is pretty much the only way to get the drivers to properly install, so that you can flash games.

FUCK!!!!!!! any way to fix this?!!!!
Negative... Unless you had exported a save state for backup; The save states should restore the in game saves. If using Retroarch, hit start and select, restart the game after loading the save state and see if your in-game data is there.

I had this happen with Earthbound. I had to begin from the point it put me and learn my lesson, lol.
