I alternate between the two. Though I'm sure this isn't a regional variant (a la color/colour, but I could be mistaken, as I usually am).
I usually use grey, but sometimes I use Gray of the other person does (although IDK why we would be talking about grey)
Edit: And I don't think it's a regional thing either.

I say gray like Gra-ayyyyyy, and then grey like, a lower tone and pronunciation of Gray, so like Gre-eh.

Gray = Color (American English)
Grey = Colour (British English)
Gray = Color (American English)

My english dictionary says that both refer to the color name, but gray is commonly used in the U.S.A. while grey is in the UK.

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

. Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them.
