Hacking CFW question

Nah, I already done that an hour ago, it's unbanned now. On Monday I'll go give it to my retailer like you said. Thanks to everyone.

Is there a tutorial for unbanning?(Safe method)

That depends on your definition of "safe" I guess. If you mean safe as in "won't brick your system" then yes, just follow the guide Kubas_inko linked.

If you mean safe as in "guaranteed not to get you banned again" then no. For one thing, even if that Secureinfo_A trick does successfully fool Nintendo, if the system providing the seed has EVER been online, they have a log of the seed being used with another ID. If they check it, you're screwed. According to the Wireshark analysis referenced by this thread, the trick doesn't work though. Two of the things that get sent while online are:

  • The console's unique hexadecimal ID used in the LocalFriendCodeSeedB, along with it's RSA-signed signature.
  • The console's serial number in which is broadcasted from the SoC and is hard coded in the SoC.

If I'm understanding that correctly, you would have to MitM your own 3DS traffic and modify the packets being sent to Nintendo in real time to be absolutely certain that you aren't just flagging yourself for the next wave.
