Hacking Extracting files from NAND backup without xorpads

Is it possible to extract files from a nand backup without the xorpads on a PC using some sort of tool or something? The console its self is not currently accessible though. I had a google but couldn't really find much on it, saw 3ds-fuse by @ihaveamac but wasn't sure if it would help me with what I'm trying!

needs otp, nand cid, and boot9. all can be obtained with gm9/b9s.

I'm guessing those 3 things are console-specific only right? If so currently SOL.

otp/nand cid are created with the essentials backup that you made if you ever used any recent gm9 builds (essentials.exefs). boot9 is identical on all consoles.
