The difference is input lag. Retroarch does introduce a lot of it. That's also the cause why more and mor ppl use canoe on their Pi's.

That's a good point, that goes back to the fact that different emulators do not function the same, or emulate at the same quality, nor are optimized the same way.

However, keep in mind that not every game has been fully tested on Canoe either... so we have no idea of any long term issues that might crop up, graphics issues, physics, etc, in levels, endings, etc.

i have from a - z,but the letters are not nice.

I would like to have snes alphabetic letters too. Rgs.

Yeah, basically trying to organise the SNES mini home menu to be neater so that genesis ROMs are stored in a folder icon with a genesis picture on it etc. Sound simple but I wasn't too sure how this is done.

V1.2 RetroBorders (Adds cool borders to some common retroarch cores)(mgba, gambette, picodrive, genesisplus, fceum, snes9x2010)(It will change your video size automatically to the border)

Scanlines Version
No Scanline Version

Enjoy :)
Are the borders the ones that came on the SNES Mini, or did you happen to include the overlays from the retroarch site too?

Maybe I'm a victim to false memory, but wasn't there a way to see the game release dates within the SNES Classic menu? I mean, hakchi2 lets us add precise release dates for every game - is the only use for that really the "sort by release date" feature?

that is a sorting feature of the system.
one of the buttons change the sorting

Yeah, I know of that feature. For some reason I remember that actual release dates were readable within the SNES menu, though.

I guess it's just false memory.

with pressing "select" you can sort the games after name, game aktivity, release date, studio, 2 player games and last played.

the date what you insert in hakchi is used for the sorting by release date

Is it possible to update to the new hakchi Version coming from 2.20 rc2 without loosing savestates and games?

I've heard the web installer transfers everything, you could always copy your games folder over. Savestates is questionable, the new version has a way of allocating space differently for save states.

Oh sweet thanks!
