What I do personally is just cooy all the new files in the old hakchi directory, all but the games folders and folder images and then I reflash custom kernel...Never had any issue.

Hi ddue ! How do you do for loading your strings.lng in FTP ? Thanks. Rgs.

In hakchi under the tools menu, make sure that that the ftp server is enabled. Use a ftp manager to log into 127.0.0.1 port 1021 username: root password: clover

Navigate to /usr/share/ui/snes-usa/resources/strings/usa_en/ or /usr/share/ui/snes-eur/resources/strings/xxx_xx/ , where xxx_xx is your language. Download the strings.lng file and modify "sys_copyright_games_HeadText": "hakchi scammed msg" to "sys_copyright_games_HeadText": "",

This erases his message from the IP Notice screen.

I haven't folowed everything since the start, so i just wanted to know we have a version of hackchi2 working for snes classic mini ? If so i'd like to have information on how it works. would be realy appreciated :)

@Cluster the extra space is added to the total space? if the 50mb of the extra space are full of states, can new states be saved in the space destined for the roms automatically?

No the 50mb is a other nand section where then the saves are.
Normaly the saves, rewind and co are in the same space with the games

Updated and the extra space is awesome!

Now I'm just trying to remove the scanlines from games that still need retroarch. Is that possible?

So I need to ftp into it to make custom folders? Or does hakchi have a option to make folders? I'm almost ready to mod it just preparing everything ahead of time

In hakchi go to settings, then pages/folder structure. You can select how you want them sorted in there, or select the custom option to bring up the folders manager after you click the sync button.

sorry but thats a idiotic preference!
game is game and there is no difference between canoe and retroarch when you play it

The difference is input lag. Retroarch does introduce a lot of it. That's also the cause why more and mor ppl use canoe on their Pi's.

What do you mean by folder? You mean like a folder on the main screen? The "other games" folder?
Yeah, basically trying to organise the SNES mini home menu to be neater so that genesis ROMs are stored in a folder icon with a genesis picture on it etc. Sound simple but I wasn't too sure how this is done.

Settings> Pages/folders sructure> Custom - show Folders Manger every time

If you now start the sync you'll get an Explorer style view where you can create folders and organize your games.
