Official hakchi2 - NES Mini very simple pimp tool

Hi, I've just patched the stock MarioRPG into the spanish trasnlation and it works like a charm.

Here's the ips patch for the sfrom file.

Can I replace it (with filezilla or another ftp client) in order to have it as an stock game?

The file properties are a bit confusing (a few bytes and date 1/1/17)...

But the EU SNES uses the same US ROMs that come with the US SNES Mini. And other custom NTSC ROMs I tried worked.

the hardware and the software are the same in EU and US
the difference is the look of the case, the button colour and the system design.
the games are the same.

the games are made from a us version but it seams then is with the patch a region lock in it.
with super metroid project base or hyper metroid that use the same based rom is not the lock there.

i tried both with normal and with retroarch but the one has region lock and the other wont start.

next Problem :/ i cant take any savestates after returning in snesc menü.. pushing Y does nothing with the savestate

I'm having trouble adding .sav files for Earthbound (from 3DS VC) and for Super Mario World (from Wii VC). Does anyone know how to or if it's possible in the first place?

yes :/ it dont work on any game .. Holding Y does nothing / when i manage savestates through hackchi there are savestates listet.. but in snesc menu they dont appear

This patch is for the sfrom so if I have the regular Rom file once hakchi convert it to that I can use the path for that

No, this patch is for the original sfrom file...

It translates the stock rom to spanish.

lol i just forgot to update 8bitdo sfc30 reciever / the pad was like an nes pad so that Y was the same as A

i got them to work!

with the patch to redesign an lagecy the region lock is new activ and you muss make this region unlocker patch over it.
then it works

Thanks Dax_Fame! That actually worked. Now my only problem is how to install those mods. Cant Drag & drop for some strange reason.

EDIT: and for even some more stranger reason now the mod works too So everything good here.

It wasn't officially supported or added until .15 I thought. I hope you installed the module itself to the Snes Classic.

Yup, you have to be on 2.21.

Thanks, much appreciated. I got it to work earlier with SNESTool, using the "fix for NTSC" patch. Had to install DOSBox for this.

I havent seen this covered yet but looks like theres a mod to replace the game select theme. Thinking about using the wii shop theme to replace the original theme, how does one go about doing that?
