I am quite sure there was a Trent Reznor dressed in BDSM and tied to something, and some nude girl or something, but not sure if at 00:34 (and perhaps "missing" in the MTV version of the videoclip).
Or perhaps it is the creepy removed beating heart (to the rythm of the song), or the spinning pig head... No idea what is at 00:34, but sure those two things were kind of creepy.
