ROM Hack Placing Dock/storage bin in ACNL save editor?

I'm worried I fucked up. I am not fully finished with it, but Idk how to place the dock relative to the bin in the new version of the save editor.
I heard dock goes 1 left, 9 down of the bin but I feel this looks wrong, and I currently do not have my 3ds anymore (my fiancee sold it x.x)
Anyway. I mean... I have backup files and my 3ds sim card and all that, but I wanted to work on a new town to mess with while I play the actual game with my original town so I did this. I didn't realize though that changing the beach to make the river more fluid would give me issues.
