The dudes who made Owl Boy works about an hour drive away me. I've not played that game yet. I should, I know it's good.

I've seen a lot of good and bad written about Owlboy so I never pulled the trigger. The Switch is partly why I didn't with Stardew Valley other than being nervous I'd just have harvest moon nightmares and be a waste of money. I may just have to snap it up cheap on GoG and see how that goes.

I finished Owlboy and wasn't a huge fan of it. The game put an interesting twist on the platforming genre and as much as I don't like pixel art in modern games Owlboy definitely did it well. But the game's slow-ish pace didn't sit too well with me. I wouldn't call it a bad game, it just didn't match my personal preferences.

So it's like something to maybe try on a 50% or better off sale so you don't feel like you committed too much as it's almost like an acquired taste due to the style and slowness.

ehh, not appreciating the relation to farmville, keep in mind folks that this game is nice in that it won't try to get every last penny it can out of ya, this is a microtransacton free game which is a blessing in this hell gaming has turned into

Just a info about the multiplayer. Its dated to be released around early 2018. First on pc, followed by the switch and then the other consoles.

All. By. Himself.

Once I get paid definitely gonna snatch this up. Even if I don't like it, at least I know I will support his efforts.

Shit, that's gonna be out soon too? So many games to buy in October...
I've bought four games withing the last week, three on switch (I've had my account preloaded with money for a while in preparation, didn't expect them all to land in same week) and the other being cuphead on pc.
