Hacking Need testing on N64 VC injection (64DD)

I will test this in a bit. But I wanted to ask if you think any other config settings might be useful?

Have you had a look through them? There are a lot of ones that define image size, effects on or off, and then there are ones that are game specific looking at certain regions of games code. Obviously the latter is not of use to us here, but the 1/0 options might be worth testing?

Config wise, I don't think we need to do anything. The only thing we need is RomType = 1. Right now the priority is to get something booting.

Perhaps defining the size and timer will help?

Reason being Goldeneye needed tweaking to work.

I don't think so. There's no reason that nothing would work from the IPL alone. Maybe if the actual game is buggy, it might be worth taking a look, but not here.

yeah i never got it to boot either and i used the straight up dvd dump of sim city just becuase code is there doesnt mean its in working condition, they have some inis and games still dont work well like goldeneey 64 jap and such.

Original JPN iplrom.n64 in /DDROM, DDD game in /rom
On the .ini you need:
[RomOption]
UseTimer = 1
TrueBoot = 0
RamSize = 0x800000
RomType = 1

Boot it, after it hangs on the N64 logo splash press menu, exit back to home menu. Now pop out SD card and edit TrueBoot = 1. Pop it in again, start miimaker (loadiine) and let it resume. Create a state for convenience.

So here is the bad news, i can't get the inputs to work. Not even the clock menu you trigger by holding A. The good news is that i don't get any "insert game" message so likely it booted the IPL and recognized the DDD rom.

dead the code is not done or finished on nintendo emulator and we cant add stuff to it becuase no source code.

we are closer for getting not64 witth gamepad that extremis is working one with overclock too than any fix to nintendo crappy emulator lol.

Holy crud; so sorry I forgot @ShadowOne333. That RPX I sent you work? It would have only affected the TV.
Has anyone tried setting the TV to 480p in Settings and then putting it in 4:3 mode? Might have to use analog connections.
