This means that you cannot broadcast content on YouTube Live from the account you have registered to the Nintendo Creators Program.

According to the guidelines if you submit individual videos for Nintendo to review while outside the Creator's Program, your share of the ad revenue would only be 60 percent. If you register your whole channel (which you can't do if you decide to live stream Nintendo games) then you can make 70 percent of the ad revenue. So creators will be losing out on 10 percent of the revenue if they decide they need to live stream Nintendo videos and forego joining Nintendo's Creator's Program.

The only ones allowed to use Nintendo content were partnered youtubers and channels. If you aren't partnered then you can't use Nintendo content so it makes perfectly sense to adress people who are partnered to Nintendo only now. You weren't even allowed to do it anyway before if you didn't give a cut of your earnings. Again listen to yourself and how stupid it sounds. You are claiming that people who make NINTENDO MONEY can't do this but Nintendo is tellling people who don't earn money for them ''Ey you can use my content but people who make money for us can't''. Again, you can but you won't earn anything and i stand corrected then and i will do change so on the front page. But to me this all just seems a prelude for things to come. I do see them in the near future banning all streams.

As much as I don't like ReviewTechUSA, he made a good point about streaming a game and streaming a game with your commentary. When you add commentary, you can give others an idea about what you're streaming, but just uploading a stream of you playing is a different matter.

I'm still leaning on Nintendo doing this with a hidden agenda.

While a commentary can push it into fair use territory it is not inherent to the format.

Does that will include GDQ? I think that would be a really bad and stupid move. Those events generate a lot of exposure for their games, which one could consider as free publicity, even more so considering Nintendo's new retro consoles

GDQ marathons are livestreamed on Twitch, not YouTube, so it's not affected.

the op is scared that they might shift further to demanding emediet take down of all Nintendo streams on all platforms, I suppose ninty seeing atlus being able to control streams of there games means they can do it to. it seems like a stretch for Nintendo to possibly ban all streaming down the road but it is scarely possible if they wanted to it seems

So streams from official Nintendo creators program are ban-able however streams from other people are not.
Is it me or is Nintendo worried that maybe one of its creators might cause something like the recent pewdipie incident. They don't want to be associated to someone who could accidently slip up on stream with something they don't approve of, like saying a racial slur or saying that a certain game company is better than Nintendo.
