Hi there. I'm with a New 3DS and I have never installed anything on it like FBI, freeShop, etc.. It's tottaly clean. But I can turn it on. After a long time without playing it, I turned it on, started the 11.6 update and when it finished, the console never turned on again. When it's charging, I can see all the time the orange light. But when I try to turn it on, I can't see the blue light and the system does not turn on. What's the problem and how to fix it? Is it battery problem?

you might never have installed cias, but it seems like you had boot9strap or a9hl and luma on it?
this is what happens when you have an incompatible luma version, is there really no short blue flash from the power led?

does anything happen when you hold start while pushing the power button?

also try holding A+R+L+Up on the dpad while pressing the power button.
that should usually start recovery mode (but don't do anything here, just tell us if it even appears)

also, take out sd card, blow into sd slot softly and put sd card back in

well if he has b9s/a9lh then that just means he is using an old luma that does not support that fw. Otherwise he is bricked

so no softmods? no cfw?
There's nothing, absolutely nothing. No cia, no boot9strap no nothing. It's a virgin console

Nothing like that, everything in the console is original and I haven't softmoded it
try holding A+R+L+Up on the dpad while pressing the power button.
Haven't tested that yet, but I will

Nothing happens because there's nothing like that installed
take out sd card, blow into sd slot softly and put sd card back in
No differce at all while doing it. If I had installed luma maybe this would help

If its battery related, does it turn on with the charger plugged in?
no, but the orange light that lights up when charging is working

See if it boots without an SD or try booting into safemode
Things that I'll try and haven't done but I'll only get the chance to do it Thuersday since I have a lot of work to do :(

But thanks guys and/or girls :)

Hey guys. Switched batterys with my friends O3DS battery and nothing :( But hte O3DS turned on with the N3DS Battery. The N3DS stays exactly the same with the O3DS Battery: no blue light, not turning on, orange light pop's up when charging

try holding A+R+L+Up on the dpad while pressing the power button.

Didn't work either
