I'm confused, which one is the one I need? Is this to make a channel, or to go the sd card, or wiivc , so many versions and I missed a whole day of updates and now I'm lost.

The injector changed, the forwarder changed, the Nintendont main app boot.dol changed... I have no clue whats going on.

The autoboot.dol is the one that goes in the Wii VC.
And yes, update both the autoboot.dol and nintendont's

No, that means that the autoboot which says "just a forwarder" is exactly that.
The updated DOL for the forwarder.

Basically, you can make your own Nintendont forwader by using that autoboot as the Homebrew base for the Wii VC.
Nintendont will be read from the SD if you use this method.

i changed both. i thought i was updating things but i must have made things worse. will use the original downloads in this post and see if it works

Update the dol on your sd in apps/nintendont (Sorry, i thought you meant update nintendont)

Delete it and install the newest one as well as updating the newest DOL for Nintendont as well in the SD.
