how do you get weapons? Im on the weapon tab and dont know how to like put it in my items list, same goes for armor.

Thanks for the save editor, its amazing.
 
When i try to open my save file i get this "Wrong save file size Expected :483976 got :535736 what could i do to fix this?

turns out my malaware blocked the updated version without telling me it works now ^^
 
Heya guys...
I know this may sound stupid or weird but i'm lost tbh. I cant find a way to start the editor in any way.
Can someone explain to me how to start the editor in a short way? It basically just shows me sln files but i cant do anything with them.

You probably download the source code, and not the release .zip from here: https://github.com/secXsQuared/MHSEC-G/releases

Why can't I run the application?
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)"
Does it only run on x64 system?
Mine is x86 with .net 4.0

JKSM, go to SD/CIA then MONSTER HUNTER STORIES, then "extData Options" then "export" to extract the save game, and later "import" to inject

Thnx, One thing I been very curious about is the IV limit, and stats limit..... for example are the stats limit just 999? or do they keep going. and for the IV is the limit 31 like pokemon or do they just keep increasing...

IVs range from 0 to 255. Technically they represent the stats gained from hatching an egg ( you get random +stats when you are breaking it ). The algorithm is very weird. I guess the legit maximum is the max number of times you can break an egg, assuming you have great RNG to gain stat boost every single time.

someone knows what skill (X) can put on Stygian Zinogre ?
I recommend against directly modifying monster species because there are a lot unknown offsets. Certain monsters can only have certain skills too. The legit way to do it is to spawn an egg with the species and the game takes care of everything.

I used the link in the readme (妾发@bbs.duowan.com) to try and get the Monster ID list, but Google-Fu has failed me lol. Does anyone happen to have the list that would be willing to share?

Is there a way to edit a monsters rarity to use it early? Or is that a feature on the way?
The max rarity depends on the level of the stone you currently own. As you proceed through the game, you stone will eventually reach lv9 then you can control all monsters. I've been trying to find the offset for that stone level but I'm 60% certain that it's not simply controlled by one byte but the actual game progress.

But there are still methods. I will look into editing party monsters so that you can bypass the stone lv check.

Did this on the japanese version and just now I realized my JKSM doesn't find the EUR save file, only the JPN one...

I am not sure. The monster ID list has not been updated since the update. I don't see rajang/teo/kushala in the list I guess they belong to one of the crashes?

If only I can get my hands on a save file with those monsters (JPN save works too).
