Hey guys, i was wondering how the joy cons are when you hook it up to the tv..

for me it has been frikkin awful..

totally out of control with the joy cons whether i had them attached to the grip or the relaxed mode.

both were awful, no big deal as i play handheld mode 99% of the time, but just sayin.. why is that happening ?

i do not even cover the frikkin top surface of the joy cons, there is so much input lag with them when i decide to play abit on tv mode *sigh*

perhaps the pro controllers do not have this issue ? i need on eventually, but might not get one in the end as i am playing mostly in handheld mode hmm

Never had a problem with it, try rebooting your Switch if you haven't in a while or changing the sensitivity in the game's settings

i'll try rebooting it tomorrow.

i never have issues with handheld controls.
but as soon as i put it in the dock my joy cons move by their own.
and sometimes camera gets stuck and there is also BIG input lag.

and it is not because of my sweet 55' Smart LG tv !
i have a badass tv, the input lag is very very low, i turned off all post processing effects and i use PC mode /with game picture preset to eliminate all lag for my ps4 games such as OW.

and i use these settings for all my consoles including the switch, i think a reset might help with the problem.
i hope.

No joy con issues on my end, connected or away from the system. Though I mostly use the pro controller anyway.

"i have a badass TV" lmao

You most likely have wireless interference and that is the reason for the lag. Try moving the switch to a different location.

some joycons have connection issues. Mine dont, but if yours do, it can be fixed with a very simple hardmod.

Never had connection issues with joycons after getting them fixed.

But you have tons of controller options with adapter purchases

Wired:
Coov n100 adapter with wired ps3, Xbox one, ps4 (I think with ps4 the motion controls works)
Hori controller
Pokken controller and mayflash GameCube work like pokken.

Wireless:
8bitdo
Pro controller
Mayflash magic ns switch adapter, Xbox one, ps3, Wii u pro, ps4 (I don't think motion works)

Each have advantages and some miss certain features, but it is nice to have options.
