I somewhat agree. However, I think it was perfectly clear what he was asking in this case. Was there really any doubt that he was looking to buy a Switch with firmware below 3.0.1?

I would perhaps criticize the OP for not looking through other threads because this question has definitely been answered. I just think it's kind of a dick move to criticize the grammar of somebody who is obviously not an English speaker.
